Most people on the roads simply stroll previous the used, abandoned, and damaged things discovered along the roads of New York City. But, not graphic designer Yoonjin Lee! As she navigates through the town, the mature at the University of Visual Arts discovers brilliant methods to give character to a wide range of little, non-living things in her sequence, Little Lost Project.
The specialist constructs tiny cardboard signs that make a speech for the removed things and express information like "Help! I'm lost!" and "You'd think a 'pair of gloves' would be together permanently...I am ineffective now." The inadequate little things keep the signs up along the pathways and, if passers-by occur to take a second look, they will find the unhappiness a lost less heavy or a decreased city card might "feel" when it discovers it no more has a objective.
The specialist describes, "Losing your cellphone can damage your day for sure but how about dropping your favorite lip cream that you always keep in your pocket? It is definitely frustrating but you can quickly buy a new one. Ever wonder where and what these little things are doing now?"
