Modern Hovering Building in Dubai

Zaha Hadid Designers has developed a massive 21-story residence for Dubai presenting the company's trademark innovative design. The exclusive design plan for the Opus Workplace Structure is basically a cube with a large gap in the middle, breaking the residence into two structures. They are linked by an illusively invisible platform that creates the building appear as though it is sailing above ground.

The multi-purpose building is an eye-catching structural fitting that is intended to supplement today's, Middle Eastern cityscape. It is also designed to existing a different perspective in the day and evening. The venture explains:
"A pixelated reflective façade renders the cube full by day; by night it 'dematerializes' as light floods the void."
It's sure to be an fascination for visitors and even more so given the extra venture of designing the very first ME by Meliá hotel in the Middle East within the complex. As of now, it is slated to be finished in 2016.
