And so, he lately integrated this playful slant within Surroundings House, a property situated in Chungcheongbuk-do, Southern South korea. The key task for the skilled designer was to come up with an idea that would work best within the specific developing site while also providing many features for the homeowners.

Hoon obtained good results within his style. The designed wooden area is used as a stairway, a large bookcase, a home cinema, a place for studying, a desk space, a type of inside play area, and a common area for the family to collect. Hoon says,

"The multi-use stair and slide space brings much active energy to the house, not only children, but also grown-ups love the slide staircase...An action filled playful house for all ages."
