Toshiba Organization (TOKYO:6502) today declared that it will release a new 20-megapixel (MP) CMOS image indicator, the TCM5115CL, as the newest inclusion to its indicator line-up for digital still cameras. TCM5115CL offers the industry's maximum excellent in the 1/2.3 inches visual structure, using behind lighting technology (BSI) to improve level of sensitivity and picture performance.
