Toshiba Releases Highly Delicate 20MP BSI CMOS Image Sensor

Toshiba Organization (TOKYO:6502) today declared that it will release a new 20-megapixel (MP) CMOS image indicator, the TCM5115CL, as the newest inclusion to its indicator line-up for digital still cameras.
