Aptina Presents Great Performance Digital camera Indicator to Link and Mirrorless Digital camera Market
New Aptina Customer Digital camera Picture Indicator Brings together Larger Size with Unique Pixel for Performance and Speed
Aptina, a international provider of CMOS picture alternatives allowing Imaging Everywhere™, declared today the discharge of the AR1011HS dslr camera image sensor. The new 1-inch visual structure sensor is ideal for allowing top excellent bridge and mirrorless digital cameras and objectives Tier-1 camera OEMs. The sensor provides 10-megapixel (MP) quality, 3.4-micron p, with Aptina's DR-Pix™ technological innovation, providing uncompromised low mild and shiny mild landscape image excellent. The AR1011HS high-speed sensor structure is capable of reading full 10MP quality at 60fps, and allows a variety of movie ways, such as transmitted excellent quad high-definition (HD), oversampled 1080p for True HD quality, 1080p movie at 120 supports per second, and additional high shape rate ways for slow movement play-back.
"The AR1011HS image sensor is a great match for the performance-oriented bridge and mirrorless camera industry," said Sandor Barna, Vice Chief executive and General Administrator of Aptina's Customer Digital camera company. "Image excellent and rate are the two things this industry cannot bargain on. Tier-1 OEMs competitive in this industry are looking for progressively flexible alternatives to fulfill the demand for rate as well as, and this sensor provides both."
Integrating Aptina's DR-Pix™ technological innovation, the AR1011HS provides both high-pixel understanding for low-light picture, and high-pixel potential for shiny outdoor scenarios. The mixture of this excellent pixel performance and high-speed readout technology allows quick, stunning transmitted excellent movie and high-end still image catch excellent in a single sensor solution.
The AR1011HS uses Aptina's innovative 24-lane HiSPi™ Great Speed Sequential Pixel Interface for quick information. HiSPi is an open access, scalable technological innovation that allows 1080p/120 fps performance (and beyond) and has been implemented by many of Aptina's associates to fulfill the difficulties of high-speed, low-power consumption information.

About DR-Pix Technology
DR-Pix technology combines two modes of operation in one pixel design – low conversion gain mode for large charge handling capacity in bright scenes and a high conversion gain mode with increased sensitivity and low read noise for low-light scenes. The result is a sensor that offers the best possible noise performance over all ISO speed conditions.
