Russian specialist and artist Arkady Kim, along with five staff, has unveiled the most important coffee bean variety that used up to a million coffees, at the Gorky Central Park of Lifestyle and Enjoyment in Moscow, Russia, on May 26, 2012.
Titled ‘Awakening’, the art work calculated about 30 rectangle measures and assessed 397 weight, exceeding the previous record set by Albanian specialist Saimir Strati by 88 weight. After cooking coffees to get different colors, they then stuck them one-by-one to a massive section. The variety allegedly took a little over ten days to complete.
According to members and event coordinators, the art work has been considered the most important picture in history made of coffees.
