Samsung Gadgets Co. Ltd., a world innovator in innovative semiconductor alternatives, today declared programs to develop a new production line in Hwaseong, Southern region South korea, in order to fulfill the growing specifications for logic products.
Samsung will spend 2.25 k Japanese won in the new production line, which will get started this month with a focus on schedule for achievement by the end of 2013.
The new production line will mainly generate highly innovative cellular program processor snacks on 300mm wafers at 20nm and 14nm process nodes.
Along with Collections 9 and 14, which have been transformed to Program LSI production a few months ago, the new line will help supply to the growing need for sensible cellular alternatives.
