Samsung Electronics, Co., Ltd., a world leader in electronic press and electronic unity technological innovation, declared today it is acquiring mSpot, Inc., a leading cellular cloud-based content company centered in Palo Alto, California.
The purchase will provide a cloud-based enjoyment encounter of music, video and radio alternatives for users of New samsung Electronics, while increasing mSpot's reasoning and loading alternatives to a wider base of international enjoyment lovers. The combination will increase mSpot's top category reasoning and loading alternatives while further improving Samsung's cellular and tablet device enjoyment attractions. mSpot's enjoyment alternatives will be a key incorporated offering on newly declared New samsung cellular phones.
