ARLINGTON, Va.-Part helicopter, element aircraft, the Office of Naval Research (ONR)-sponsored Flexrotor straight takeoff and getting unmanned viral automobile (UAV) goes into the next progression stage Apr 30 in providing enhanced historic undercover capability.
