"Across stories, non-fiction, kid's and educational guides, the story of the year is a decrease in actual revenue almost being paid for for by a powerful efficiency in electronic.

"For many years now publishers have spent in advancement in e-books and services and this is being demonstrated in the significantly mixed economic climate for guides in the UK.

"However, on the internet trademark intrusion is significantly making its presence felt for writers and publishers and that is why we continue to call on government and other stakeholders in the electronic economic climate to work with us to do more to deal with it, and to ensure that the UK's e-commerce efficiency is as powerful as it can possibly be.

"That said, actual guides remain the format of choice for many British visitors, underlining the ongoing importance of a powerful "high street" industry.

"And again, British posting revealed its strength in the international marketplace, with educational and educational institutions / British language coaching guides leading the field in British publishers' move efficiency."
